Noisy Neighbors

When it comes to shopping for real estate, whether you're in the market for Augusta houses or King West condos, there are a lot of factors that will play into your decision as to which property to make an offer on. The two main options people have are houses and condos. Each have their advantages and disadvantages but it's really up to you since you know what you want out of your living situation.

Perhaps you grew up in a house for your entire childhood and long to own your own house. Or you stay in Puerto Vallarta condo rentals every year while vacationing and wouldn't mind owning your own condo. Whatever your situation is you just need to decide before you start looking at any available Augusta or Forest Hill condominiums and houses for sale on the market.

If you're undecided about either and can't seem to figure out if you'd rather spend the foreseeable future as a condo or house owner then you need to make a pros and cons list for each type of real estate structure. For instance, one con that comes with being a condo owner that you could put on your list is noisy neighbors. Living in a condo building full of strangers or living next to an Augusta or Toronto condo owner who is nosy and stays up all night partying is most definitely a con.

There are usually rules in place that will get rid of any nosy condo owners but those rules are in place to kick out the extremely noisy. What's noisy to one Tampa or Toronto waterfront condo owner is perfectly acceptable to another. So if you're the type of person who enjoys their quiet evenings without any noise distractions then the condo lifestyle might be out.

Another con that we mentioned is living in a building full of strangers. If you enjoy your privacy and get weirded out being around new people then living in condo, no matter how big or small the condo building is, probably is not a good idea because you'll be walking in and out of a building and riding elevators all day long with strangers.

Once your pros and cons list is completed you'll see a clear cut winner in the house versus condo debate and will then be able to start your real estate shopping process. Good luck!
